Not working

I was trying to parse a couple of gff files. t parsed until yesterday but is not working today. am getting the following response 'Sorry, I wasn't able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with?'

    To better understand the issue, could you please clarify a few details? 

    • Are you parsing the GFF files using Copilot, or another tool/service? 
    • Is the error message “Sorry, I wasn't able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with?” coming from Copilot
    • Are you working in the web version of Office or a desktop application
    • If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error or the interface where it occurs? 

    If the message is coming from Copilot, here are a few possible causes: 

    • Copilot license missing or expired: If your account no longer has an active Copilot license, requests may be rejected. 
    • Service overload or maintenance: Temporary issues may occur even if Microsoft 365 Service Health shows normal status. 
    • Authentication/token issues: Expired or conflicting cookies or SSO tokens may prevent Copilot from identifying your account correctly. 
    • Policy restrictions: Your query may be blocked due to organizational policies (e.g., DLP, sensitivity labels) or exceeded content limits.
