Keep receiving "session expired" notification when trying to access Azure

I just established by online account but have been unable to access Azure because I continue to receive a session expired notification. I've restarted my computer but haven't had any success.

- Which browser are you using to access the portal?
- Have you tried using Incognito or Private mode?
