The WordPress site is displaying an SSL certificate problem error. This website is not using any SSL certificate, yet the error still appears. New Pages are not able to be created because of this error

UAT WP- once i click "Publish' newly created page- warning message appears:

UAT page: https://uat-bresrlpnetwork.azurewebsites.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=18305&action=elementor

Not sure why I'm receiving the error message below for the Azure link.

Do you have any log file or can you check- right click inspect page and check console if there is any error message and while page or plugin is causing this. then we can go and disable it as its a UAT site.

by using -

This likely triggered by a plugin (possibly Elementor or another visual builder) trying to load external content (like an image, font, or API) from a server (azure) that uses a self-signed SSL certificate.

can you share your plugin list or the debug.log

could you please share the following information-

Plugin List

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.

Take a screenshot or copy the list of active plugins.

Debug Log

If not already enabled, please follow these steps:

Enable Debug Logging

Open your wp-config.php file (located in the root of your WordPress installation).

Add the following lines just before the line that says / That's all, stop editing! /: define('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); Save the file.

Reproduce the Error- Try to perform the action that causes the SSL error.

Retrieve the Log File-

Go to your site’s file manager or connect via FTP.

Navigate to: /wp-content/debug.log

Download the file and share it , please share it in private chat.

Thanks Joby Chacko, for sharing - just want to give you an update; I found there is an issue with the SSL Certificate. After I rolled back to the old SSL certificate, the problem was resolved. Currently, I am working with the Entrust cert company. Their command is to raise a ticket with Microsoft. Finally, we decided to go with Azure to generate the certificate instead of the certificate company, at least we can avoid service interruption.
