Windows Store Problems

My Windows 8.1 Windows Store keeps loading, and I can't also locate the settings to uninstall or to reset it and i did all the tips but it's not working. I need help with this to set and download important apps and what should i do to fix this problem.

    Welcome to MSoft Q&A : Let's start troubleshooting

    this issue following these, basic steps below

    1. Try to reset the Store cache. Press the [Wins key+R] select the - Run tool -

    and type this code rstrui.exe >> into the search field > up next press - Enter

    Restart the Pc and check. if the problem was resolved.

    1. Check for Windows updates : 3) Verify time & date settings on computer
    2. Repair or resetting the - Store app - through Settings > Apps > Apps & features. 
    3. Run the MSoft Store troubleshooter: open Settings > Update & Security >>
    1. Run the MSoft Store troubleshooter : open Settings > Update & Security >>

    >Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters : Now select > Windows Store Apps

    and click Run the troubleshooter. This will automatically detect and try to fix

    any problems with the Microsoft Store. Keep us updated for further help

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, the Windows Store on Windows 8.1 has been shut down in June 2023; therefore you won't be able to use any part of the store, whether that be trying to install, update, or uninstall apps.

    You'll have to move to Windows 10 or Windows 11 (given your hardware supports it, I can help with this if you need) to be able to use those apps.
