    You can troubleshoot the issue from the following aspects:

    1.Check for Windows Updates

    Ensuring that your Windows operating system is up-to-date is crucial for maintaining compatibility with UWP apps and resolving known issues.

    2.Reset UWP Apps

    Resetting UWP apps can help resolve issues related to corrupted app data or settings.

    3.Reinstall UWP Apps

    If resetting the UWP app did not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Microsoft Store;

    4.Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

    Windows 11 includes a built-in troubleshooter called Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, which can help identify and fix issues with UWP apps.

    5.Check App Permissions and System Settings

    Ensure that the UWP app has the necessary permissions and access to system resources to function correctly.
