UWP App Displays Blank Screen on Launch from Start Menu

The UWP app occasionally shows a blank screen when launched from the Start menu.

Event Viewer shows the following error:


Event name: MoAppHangXProc

Response: Disabled

Cab ID: 0

Sign the problem:

Reinstalling the app resolves this issue temporarily. What could be causing this problem— the operating system or other factors?

Does the blank screen happen under specific conditions or randomly?

Can you reproduce it on other machines or user accounts?

Is the OS fully updated?

When the issue occurs, is the app completely unresponsive or partially responsive?

Do you have any relevant logs or hang/crash dumps?

Does this also happen when running under the debugger?

The Event Viewer log alone doesn’t give us much to go on, so any additional details would help.
