This email is legitimate, but you can probably ignore it. 

If you're using Microsoft 365 Personal or Family, there's no need for concern. This does not affect your personal Microsoft account or its subscription. As long as you're not using Microsoft services for work or business purposes, you can safely disregard the email. No action is required on your part.
