For managed identity, go to Access Control, then click on Add, and select Add role assignment. Next, choose the appropriate role,
click on Members, add your name, and then select Review + assign.
For key-based authentication, you can find the keys under Keys and Endpoint. Also, make sure that your resource is accessible from your network, or if the resource is using a private endpoint, ensure that it is properly configured for your use case
And System assigned managed identity is enabled
