Hi, I’m new here but I really need help. I factory reset my computer (Windows 10) and I can’t complete the setup because it won’t connect to the WiFi. I’ve tried everything I looked up and nothing worked. Some things I can’t do cus I haven’t completed the setting up process. My WiFi work great, everything is working properly. Please help me.

  • Thank you

    Thanks for the picture.

What I see in the picture you shared is Windows 11, not Windows 10. That's why you don't have the "I don't have internet" option.

    Do the following:

    1. When you reach the "Let's connect you to a network" step, press "Shift + F10" to open the Command Prompt.
    2. Type the command below and press Enter.
    OOBE\BYPASSNRO

(O is not the number 0, it is the capital letter o.)

Your system will restart, and the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) dialog will reappear. Follow the on-screen prompts to continue the setup. When you reach the "Let's connect you to a network" step, select "I don't have internet" to proceed without a network.

    Let me know the result.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

Are you stuck at the step where it asks you to connect to a network, or have you already reached the Windows desktop?

If you're stuck at the step where it asks you to connect to a network, see if you have the "I don't have internet" option.

    I await your reply.

Hello thank you for helping me. Sorry for the late response but yes I’m at that point where they want you to connect to a network. No I don’t see that I have that option.

Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    Thanks for the clarification.

That's weird. I installed and configured Windows 10 last weekend without a network using this option.

Can you please take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it with me?

    I await your reply.
