Projects disappearing and reappearing in Azure AI Language Studio

For over a week now, our users have reported the projects in Azure Language studio disappearing. They log out and in multiple times and eventually the projects come back.

We have users in various Internet locations and they all report the same issues. US and India. It's it normal for them to switch between using MS Edge, Chrome, with and without Incognito and InPrivate.

    The intermittent disappearance of your projects in Azure AI Language Studio may be due to authentication issues, incorrect subscription or resource group selection, service outages, browser cache problems, or insufficient permissions.

    Here are a few things you can recheck to resolve the issue:

    • Check if you have the necessary permissions to access the resource. (Cognitive Service Language owner)
    • Might this issue would be intermittent, it could be due to a temporary network or server issue. In this case, you can try again later to see if the issue has been resolved.
    • Try Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.
    • Take a network trace to find any 4XX or 5XX errors and whitelist all necessary url in proxy or firewall.
    • If virtual network protected, please check if you have subnet/join and read permission over virtual network and DNS resolution is happening for your language resource

    To monitor for any service-wide issues or planned maintenance that might impact Azure Language Studio, we advise using the Azure Service Health dashboard. If the issue persists, we strongly recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft, including detailed logs, browser and network configurations, and any error messages encountered. This will help the engineering team investigate and resolve the issue more effectively.
