Unable to access personal Azure account due to MFA enforcement/loop
I am unable to login into my personal Azure account.
MFA has been enforced in the last month or so and I didn't have the chance to set it up - I hardly use this account. It has not asked me to set it up and it acts like I have MFA for this account, but I don't have it on my phone. I need it reset so that it prompts me to set up MFA.
I want to investigate why I am still getting billed. It is impossible to log a support ticket for this issue, I have tried many avenues, and it all leads to either myself getting promped to login to Azure (which of course is the issue - catch 22) and MS attempting to provide self help guides and links - which do not help.
Co-pilot does not understand the issue and logic. It just provides self help guides, mostly for work accounts.
Edit: Claude.ai understood the issue logically, called it a catch 22, they recommended to try calling Microsoft. The only number which worked was Azure sales (explained in my comment further below)
The same issue is outlined in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2339480/i-cant-access-azure-with-my-personal-microsoft-acc?source=docs
Where a moderator asked to be PM'd the private information in order to log a recovery ticket.
Could I please have this same level of service?
