While creating a dashboard using "Dashboards with Grafana" in azure monitor, I am getting below error-

Dashboards with Grafana: Error

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC '-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN' 'http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd'><html xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><head><meta content='text/html; charset=utf-8' http-equiv='content-type'/><style type='text/css'>body {font-family:Arial; margin-left:40px; }img { border:0 none; }#content { margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto }#message h2 { font-size: 20px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin: 34px 0px 0px 0px }#message p { font-size: 13px; color: #000000; margin: 7px 0px 0px0px}#errorref { font-size: 11px; color: #737373; margin-top: 41px }</style><title>AzureResourceManager</title></head><body><div id='content'><div id='message'><h2>Our services aren't available right now</h2><p>We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.</p></div><div id='errorref'><span>Ref A: AF8756F7B58648DD89305BCB1E3FB291 Ref B: AMS231032607049 Ref C: 2025-07-23T06:39:40Z</span></div></div></body></html>

This is for all the dashboards, even with the default dashboards provided by Azure. It pops up when I open a dashboard and try to edit any of the visualization.

Hello Ketan Vite, Thanks for reaching out on Microsoft Q&A and really appreciate your patience while we looked into this.

    To troubleshoot further:

    1. Check Azure Service Health
    • Visit the Azure Status Page to see if there's a known outage in your region affecting Azure Monitor or Azure Managed Grafana.
    • You can also check Azure Service Health (portal link) for any incidents tied to your subscription.
    1. Clear Cache & Test in Different Browsers
    • Clear your browser cache and try accessing the dashboard in an Incognito/Private Browsing window.
    • Test using different browsers or devices to rule out browser-specific issues.
    1. Check Networking Configurations
    • If you're using Private Link, VNet integration, or custom firewall rules for Azure Managed Grafana, ensure those network settings are not blocking control plane/API access.
    1. Retry After Some Time
    • Sometimes these disruptions are transient and resolved quickly by Azure’s backend systems. Give it some time and attempt again after a while.
    1. Check Resource Provisioning State
    • Ensure that your Azure Managed Grafana resource is in a “Succeeded” state in Azure Portal.
      • If it's stuck in “Creating” or “Failed,” it may not be fully operational.
        • Portal Path: Azure Portal → Managed Grafana → Overview
    1. Raise a Microsoft Support Ticket (if persists)
    • If the issue continues, raise a Support Request and include the Error Reference IDs (Ref A, B, C) from the error message.

    Additional Details Requested:

To assist further, could you kindly provide:

    • Azure Region where your Grafana resource is deployed.
    • Approximate timestamp when the issue first occurred.
    • Confirm if Private Link or VNet integrations are configured for Grafana.
    • Any error codes or additional technical logs (if any).

    Useful Documentation References:

    1. Azure Managed Grafana Troubleshooting Overview
    2. Azure Managed Grafana Service Limits

I hope this information helps clarify the issue. Please let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to elaborate on happy to assist further! Thank You.
