Hello Laurie Frey,
Thank you for raising your concern in Microsoft Q&A.
I realize that you've encountered a problem with being billed 10 times for your Office renewal and I understand how you feel.
For the security and privacy of your account, community members and moderators on this public forum do not have access to user accounts, billing details, or payment information. Therefore, we are unable to investigate charges or process refunds.
This issue must be addressed directly with the official Microsoft Support team for Accounts and Billing. They are the only ones authorized to view your account and correct billing errors. Please follow these steps to contact them:
Step 1: Sign in with your Microsoft account at Microsoft Contact Us > choose Office or Microsoft 365
Step 2: type in Double billing or duplicate charge then click Contact support
Step 3: select Microsoft 365 and Office and then choose Billing and payment updates as the category then Confirm
Step 4: You will be presented with options to connect with a support agent, such as a live chat or a phone call.
Note: The chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says it's not available, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. Thay way, they can call you and help you.
Let me know if you need any further assistance
Best Regards,
Alex | Microsoft Q&A Support Specialist
