    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the community forum!

As per the description given in the query it sounds that you've been using Excel on Android for years, but now you're unable to edit your own spreadsheets due to an account restriction even after logging in. This can happen due to several reasons.

Here are some things you can try which will help you fix the problem:

    1. Storage Space & Cache: Clear the app cache or free up device storage sometimes temporary files can interfere with normal operations.
    2. App Permissions & Updates: Ensure Excel is updated to the latest version. Also, check if the app has the necessary permissions to access your files in your device settings.
    3. Sign-In Issues: Make sure you're properly signed in with the correct Microsoft account that has editing permissions.
    4. Active Subscription: Check that Microsoft 365 subscription is active or not. Sometimes, expired subscriptions restrict editing in Excel.
    5. File Restrictions: If the spreadsheet was originally saved in a restricted folder, or if it's a shared file with limited permissions, you might need to change its location or access settings.

Hopefully this will help you to solve the problem.
