    Hi

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community.

I really appreciate the time and effort you’ve already put into trying to resolve this issue, and I'm truly sorry to hear it’s still not working properly.

However, I’d like to suggest one more step:

Try running Excel as an administrator:

    • Locate the Excel shortcut on your Desktop or in the Start Menu
    • Right-click the icon and choose "Run as administrator"
    • Then check if the issue still persists

As forum moderators, we don’t have access to system logs or backend tools due to privacy and security policies. That’s why, for more in-depth troubleshooting, I recommend reaching out directly to the Microsoft Support team

    6. Select "Chat in a web browser and support specialist" to enter the chat window

If you are using business account

Please contact your Office 365 Global Administrator to raise support ticket
