Unable to convert Text to Number in Excel

I have a downloaded excel file from FTA. The numbers in the file appear to be in Text format. I have tried multiple options to convert it into Number format, but none are working. Appreciate help. Attaching the screenshot.

    I don't see a screenshot.

    Could you create a stripped-down copy of the workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive information) and make it available through one of the websites that let you upload and share a file, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, FileDropper or DropBox. Then post a link to the uploaded and shared file here.

    This may not be your issue, but whenever I download a file, I scan to remove Char 160.

    This "simple" number can not be converted because it has character 160 in it.
