Transfer Data automatically to Envelopes

I have one sheet A with two collums (Name and Last Name), which can have over 200 Names/Rows. Then I have another sheet B with DL-Envelopes Layout. I have already formated everything to the way i want to have it, however when I want to copy or duplicate the envelope the rows don’t correspond with the collum on sheet A. One Envelopes has 10 rows and the when I copy to the next one it takes the data from 10 rows later. I need it to take it from 2nd row. I habe tried every possible combination I can think of, but with no luck. Is there a formula, to not manually change the row number?
