365 Basic subscription device access

I have 365 Basic subscription. I can edit documents on my PC and on my phone and update them. I am not able to update via my tablet. What do I have to do to make this work? It is an android tablet.

    Hello,

    Are you sure it is the MS 365 Basic subscription that you have? The Basic subscription doesn't include Office apps, like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. It is only for 100GB of OneDrive storage. It is explained here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

    However, you can always use the web version for free, and that's via https://www.office.com

    To verify what subscription you have, you can go to https://account.live.com > Service and subscription.
