Hi, Since renewing my personal subscription I can no longer use my spreadsheets. They show under the excel app but when I click on they do not open. It also shows work spreadsheets which I have never accessed on my private iPad but I do log on (via safari) to my work Microsoft account to access my work roster as it is the only means to do so and I have always done this. Could the accounts have become linked and how do I delink them. I only want my personal spreadsheets on this iPad. Thanks in advance.

    Hello, Lou_927

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.

I understand you're experiencing issues with the Excel application on your iPad failing to properly open workbooks.

First, as the subsequent troubleshooting steps may involve resetting the Excel application (including offline workbooks), I recommend initially checking via a web browser by logging into onedrive.live.com to verify whether the workbooks you've edited on your iPad have synchronized to OneDrive.

Next, navigate to your iPad's Settings, locate Excel in the left-hand menu, and at the bottom of the right-hand panel, select "Reset Excel." Ensure "Delete Sign-in Credentials" and "Reset Cloud Settings" are checked. (If you're certain all workbook changes have synced to OneDrive, you may also select "Clear All Workbooks"—this option will not affect server-stored or locally saved documents.) Afterward, relaunch Excel and sign in with your personal subscription account to determine whether you can now access the workbooks stored in your OneDrive.

Please feel free to share any updates or progress at your convenience.

    Best regards
