No gesture works for left or right scrolling. Plus the scroll buttons appear randomly and are inoperable.

    Hi Guillermo Limon1

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Excel.

Here are a few things you can try:

    1. Update Excel App
      • Ensure you're using the latest version of Excel for Android via the Google Play Store.
    2. Restart and Clear Cache
      • Restart your device.
      • Go to Settings > Apps > Excel > Storage > Clear Cache.
    3. Try a Different Input Method
      • If you're using a stylus or external keyboard, try switching to touch input only.
    4. Use Excel Online
      • As a temporary workaround, open the file in a mobile browser using Excel Online.
    5. Report the Bug
      • Use the “Send Feedback” option in the Excel app to report the issue directly to Microsoft.

    Hi, Kai,

With the latest OS update (One IU or something like that from Samsung for Android) the bug was fixed and the scroll bars also work.

    Thank you very much,

    Guillermo
