Unable to Access Folders and Microsoft Authenticator Not Generating Code

Dear Team,

I am unable to access specific folders under my organization account due to permission issues. Additionally, the Microsoft Authenticator app is not generating the required code. It prompts me to "approve the request" but no code appears on my mobile device.

I have also attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue and guide me on how to retrieve the authentication code?

Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on how to remove one of the accounts (Work/Home/Personal) associated with the same email ID.

Thank you for your support.

Thanks & regards,
Sadiya Khan
