Cannot launch any Microsoft Office products on Galaxy S22 after May 8, 2025 android update

Products (Word, Excel andPowerPoint) just quickly flashes a lowercase "i" in a black & white box then closes.

I've cleared the cache, restarted the device.

My service provider claims that there's an incompatibility between the phone, the update version & the product version. I'm calling BS on this.

Anyone else have this problem?

    Here are the key steps to resolve Microsoft Office apps crashing on your Galaxy S22 (android update):

    • Firstly, go to Google Play Store > Updates and ensure all Office apps are updated. 
          After that go in **Settings > Apps > [Office App] > Storage**, tap **Clear Data** to reset the app.

    Kindly, uninstall the affected apps, restart your phone, and reinstall them from the Play Store.

    And at last, Go to **Settings > Software Update** and install any pending updates.
