Unless the install/activation was associated with an MS Account it is not valid
If it is associated you need to de-activate the original instll before you can re-install on the new https://office.com/myaccount

I purchased a download of Microsoft Publisher 2019 on 11/11/2021 from Dotnet Keys. The email provided the license key and also indicated it doesn't expire. The program successfully loaded onto my laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop was older and was starting slow down significantly despite PC maintenance and updatig drivers, so I bought a new laptop. I have been searching how I can load the program onto the new laptop but can't find how to. I realize the program will no longer be supported however I still need to use it until I find a new program. Please advise how I can download another copy.
