Hello,
When I click the text icon and hover over the text selections, I do not see any animation options. How do I preview the preset animated text options and add it to my video.

These templates you're looking at are static. The animated ones are a bit under them, on "Title" section. There, just simply hover your cursor over it and you'll see the effect preview.
In case you want to see it on full screen, simply drag to the timeline.

Thanks so much for your response! When I click the text icon, I see the menu below with three sections, none of which say "title." Where would this title section be located?
It should be showing up on this panel, like on the image I attached. Is your Clipchamp up to date?
I am not seeing those options at all. I assume the application has been updated. I guess I will have to contact the system administrators. Thanks!
On top right corner, click on "?" and then o recent updates. Check if there's any update available or what's the changelog from the one installed in your machine.
