- Check Your Microsoft 365 Developer Program Dashboard: Go to your Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard and sign in with your Developer Program account. Choose "Set up subscription" to get your new instant sandbox. After setting up your new subscription, sign in with your admin account within 14 days
- Identify Subscription in Admin Center: If you have multiple subscriptions, you can identify the correct one by checking the subscription details in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Look for the subscription ID and associated domains to differentiate between them
- Contact Support: If you are still unable to identify the correct subscription ID, consider reaching out to Microsoft online technical support for further assistance. As we belong to community, we have limited permission, so it is suggested to open ticket with Microsoft Technical team, so they can check remotely and assist you further.
