clipchamp not working?

So i am tired of using Windows Video Editor (the old version). Im trying to move to Clipchamp but this happens:

Can you help me with this?

    Clipchamp is integrated with Microsoft accounts, so if you’re experiencing issues, try logging in with a different Microsoft account (if available) to see if the problem persists.

    If you're using Clipchamp on a browser, your browser's cache and cookies could be causing problems.

    1. Open Edge and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
    2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
    3. Scroll to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.
    4. Select Cached images and files (and optionally Cookies).
    5. Choose the Time range (e.g., All time).
    6. Click Clear now.

    If you're using the web version of Clipchamp, try switching to another browser (like Edge or Firefox). Sometimes, browser-specific issues can interfere with the sign-in process.
