Clipchamp is integrated with Microsoft accounts, so if you’re experiencing issues, try logging in with a different Microsoft account (if available) to see if the problem persists.
If you're using Clipchamp on a browser, your browser's cache and cookies could be causing problems.
- Open Edge and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.
- Select Cached images and files (and optionally Cookies).
- Choose the Time range (e.g., All time).
- Click Clear now.
If you're using the web version of Clipchamp, try switching to another browser (like Edge or Firefox). Sometimes, browser-specific issues can interfere with the sign-in process.
