One of my knowledge sources in Copilot studio is not connecting after hours of trying.

I am currently working on building an agent within Copilot Studio. One of the knowledge sources I am using is an Excel sheet that I have built. It has been trying to connect for over 3 hours and is still trying to load properly. It was working earlier in the day but after making some updates it cannot connect. What should I do?

    Dear Cooper,

Thank you for reaching out! I understand how important this issue is, and I want to make sure you get the right support. Since this specific problem with Copilot Studio knowledge sources falls under Azure-related services rather than Microsoft 365, the best place to receive comprehensive assistance would be the Azure Forum.

To get started, I recommend opening a new thread in the Azure forum, where specialists in Azure integrations can provide more tailored guidance. You can access the forum and start a discussion here.

For better assistance, please include: A brief description of the issue. The steps you've already tried. Any error messages or loading delays you’ve noticed. Screenshots of relevant settings (if possible)

This will help ensure a faster resolution. If you need guidance on how to post your query, let me know, I’m happy to assist!

Thank you for your patience, and I hope you get the support you need soon!

    Best Regards,

Kristen-L - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist.

    Hello,

Yes, I think it was a connection issue on my end. I will keep an eye on it though.
