    Hi Kasula,

I'm happy to help you here.
It seems like SharePoint link's not working on your Iphone.

To narrow down the issue for better help, may I ask whether you try to open the link through the SharePoint Mobile App or the Web version?

Microsoft recommends using the SharePoint mobile app for iOS, which is optimized for iPhone and supports:

    • SharePoint in Microsoft 365
    • SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, and 2019
    • iOS 10.0 or later

If links isn't working on the application, you can try to open it through phone browser:

    • Check the link format: Make sure the link is a full URL (e.g., starts with https://) and not a shortened or malformed link.
    • Open in Safari manually: Copy the link and paste it into Safari to see if it opens outside of the app.
    • Clear Safari cache: Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
    • Try the OneDrive app: If the link points to a document, the OneDrive app may handle it better.

You can manage account settings and troubleshoot sign-in issues in the SharePoint app by following this guide.

I'd love to hear more from you if the issue persists, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
