Since the last iOS update, the Files App cannot access OneDrive on iPhone or iPad. I have tried clearing, resetting, deleting and reinstalling the apps and I have still have same issue. For eg:

When saving, just shows buffering circle

When trying to access libraries shows them as empty (when they are not in fact empty)

When trying to open files, just freezes

Is this Apple or MS OneDrive? It worked perfectly before.

    Hello Tim,

Thank you for sharing your concern on community forum,

As per my understanding, you are facing issue regarding the OneDrive application which is not working properly in your device after the update. Here are some steps you may consider, troubleshooting the issue.

    1. Make sure that your OneDrive application and device version are running on the latest version. It might be possible that the outdated system is causing the issue.
    2. Try logging-out and logging back in to your OneDrive. It will refresh your account and might resolve your issue. You can do that by Open the OneDrive app. Tap the Me icon in the upper left corner. Select the account you want to sign out of. Go to Settings > Personal (or your OneDrive account name). Tap Sign Out of This Account. And then sign-in back.
    3. Try clearing the account settings of OneDrive. It will turn all the settings to default and might resolve your issue.

I appreciate your understanding and patience,

    Kind regards
