Hello,
I am new to ClipChamp. I wanted to record a tutorial video for my company. After recording within Clipchamp in the Desktop app, I saw that the project was saved on my personal space, so I moved it to my company space on SharePoint.
From there, I am unable to open my project :
- when opening via the folder, the .clipchamp extension is not recognized (I am on a windows OS and it is a windows product....) and I cannot locate the clipchamp executable file.
- when opening through the clipchamp desktop app, no option exists to open / import an existing project. It only allows to create an empty project or open a recent one, but only those of my personal space are listed.
The only option I found is to go to Google Chrome, go to the SharePoint and open the file (and waiting 1 minute on a blank screen for the project to load, for a 30 sec recording). It is not convenient as I don't use Chrome for other stuff (only Firefox) and I use the file explorer for SharePoint rather than opening a web browser. And only then this project is listed on recent ones.
So the question is:
- is there an easy (and traditional) way to open an existing project on ClipChamp app? Like a button "open" or "import" somewhere.
- can I choose where an empty project is saved?
Thanks
