    Hello, Sophie.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with opening your PowerPoint file. This problem may be due to file corruption. Here are a few workarounds you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Make a copy of the original file and try to open the copy.
    2. Try opening the file on a different computer to see if the issue is specific to your current device.
    3. If you have a backup of the file, try opening the backup copy.
    4. You can also try to repair the PowerPoint file by following these steps:
      • Open PowerPoint.
      • Go to File > Open.
      • Browse to the location of the file, select the file, and click on the arrow next to the Open button.
      • Choose "Open and Repair" from the drop-down menu.

If none of these steps work, please let me know, and we can explore other options to help you recover your presentation

    Best regards,

    Oscar Calvo
