    Hi BTrevor,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, allow me to provide you with the information.

If your PowerPoint looks fine on your end but shows question marks when your customer opens it, the issue is likely due to missing fonts on their device. PowerPoint doesn’t always embed fonts by default, so if you used a font they don’t have installed, it may display as question marks.

To fix this, you can embed the fonts into your presentation before sending it. Go to File > Options > Save, then check Embed fonts in the file and choose Embed all characters. This ensures the presentation looks the same on any device.

Alternatively, if no edits are needed, exporting the file as a PDF will preserve the formatting completely.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime.
