Hi Helen,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community Support.

According to your question, if you already have a business subscription from Microsoft 365, you could find Publisher by clicking on Search from the taskbar > type in "Publisher". It should look like this:

If you need assistance from an agent, please open browser and head to this link: https://admin.microsoft.com/ then sign in with your Business Microsoft Support. Once you are in the Admin Center, you could look into the bottom right of your Microsoft 365 Admin Center > click on Help & Support and create a ticket with your question about the Publisher.
