every time I try to sign into a platform i keep getting "Enter the code we sent to {email} "
but I'm not given any other alternative options like "code was not sent" or log in by password etc. what do i do?
i checked junk and tried to use a third party authenticator app but was stopped by the same problem.

Is it possible that using different accounts is part of the problem? Perhaps the email is being sent to a different account than the one you're signing in with

I wish thats the case but actually the problem is happening to both accounts separately. I check both junk and inbox emails of both accounts when i “receive” the code but still nothing.

Although i can confirm the accounts aren’t blocked because i still receive emails from microsoft except the code!

OK, understood. Thanks for the additional information.

Generally, we can help here in Answers with PowerPoint problems/questions, but dealing with Microsoft's login peculiarities (and there are many) is beyond our abilities.

You may need to get in touch with MS support about this problem. I wish I had better advice ... sorry!
