A perpetual version of Publisher would be a standalone version. Microsoft no longer sells Publisher.

2025-06-24T16:55:06+00:00 Hi Rhoda, there is no legal version of Publisher sold on the internet. Microsoft has stopped selling it. You can use the free Home | LibreOffice - Free and private office suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft to use with Publisher files.
