2025-06-20T05:14:16+00:00 I want it gone all up, if possible. I can turn it off in the apps but, I want it removed or disabled from 365, and I certainly don't want it gathering or retaining any data.

Paulo GM 49,565 Reputation points Independent Advisor2025-06-20T06:04:33+00:00 I understand. It should be easier to manage Copilot settings globally. Unfortunately, Microsoft hasn't provided a single master switch to disable it across all Microsoft 365 apps in one go.
However, you can turn off Copilot in Privacy settings as this is the the closest thing to a global off switch.
