Hi Joe, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

Do you mean turning it off in Microsoft 365 apps? If so, this article explains how to do that.

I want it gone all up, if possible. I can turn it off in the apps but, I want it removed or disabled from 365, and I certainly don't want it gathering or retaining any data.

Plus, it seems crazy you have to turn it off in every app on every device one at a time. It's appalling when the technology to do this with one click would be so easy to provide.

I understand. It should be easier to manage Copilot settings globally. Unfortunately, Microsoft hasn't provided a single master switch to disable it across all Microsoft 365 apps in one go.

However, you can turn off Copilot in Privacy settings as this is the the closest thing to a global off switch.
