    I know that you cannot open the Excel file at present. In order to confirm whether the file itself is damaged, I need to confirm the following information:

    • Have you received any error message? If so, please take a screenshot and share it with me.
    • Does this happen in a particular file?
    • Is this file saved in OneDrive?
