I have my Office Professional Plus 2013 disc but do not have my product key. I bought it through work but I have changed job and no longer have the email address. Is there a way I can install it again?

Sign into your Office Account at: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ You need to sign in with the same email address and password for the Microsoft Account that you used to setup your Office 2013.  When you setup your Office 2013 for the first time the Product Key became embedded with the Office Account.  You can now activate Office by signing into your Office Account.

Nope, not unless it was associated with an MS Account, and then probably not as it was a HUP version from a previous employer

I have don't have my Microsoft D.Office 2013 Home and Student product key. I bought the software at the same time that I bought my computer through Memory Express in Edmonton AB, Canada, the serial number of the software is **** and I still have my receipt to prove that I bought and paid for it.

After upgrading my computer to Windows 10, my Word documents would briefly open then abruptly close by themselves.

Now they will work normally and I can use them as I did previously when running Windows 7 but I keep getting a message that I must activate the software prior to Feb. 22, 2020 but I must provide the product key to do so.

Is there a way that I can activate it again without the product key?
