Is it possible to sync a file between multiple teams channels?

Trying to see if it is possible to have a document on multiple teams channels so that if we make an edit to one document, all documents will reflect the change simultaneously.

    Hello,

    It is possible if you don't upload the file, instead, insert the file to the channel from your OneDrive.

    Use the New button, then use the "Link" option. And then put in the URL for the file that's already in OneDrive. This way, no matter who edits the file, it will sync from the file directly, regardless of the channel it was shared to.
