- What version of office are you using?
- Why 2 spreadsheets?
For office 365 you should be able to edit and update the files with multiple users at the same time ...
If you want use the desktop app then click "Open in Desktop App"

In Microsoft Teams, how do I create a connection between two (or more) excel files? I want to see the changes I have made in the Master excel file (in Teams) to reflect in the secondary/connected excel file - all with in Teams.
