Request to add my tenant to a 60-day sending exclusion

Hello Team,
We are working on Microsoft Developer Sandbox in which a requirement to send email from the sandbox is getting failed due to spam detection policy. For development and testing we are sending email to internal users of the domain not outside but that is also not working.
We had raised support ticket for the same then got to know that we need to raise a ticket to request 60 days sending exclusion. Kindly grant that exclusion to send email from following tenant. Your help in this case is highly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any further information.
