Why am I getting 2 Notification emails for every Reply or Answer here at Microsoft Q&A?

This may be how you have your profile set up. Please can you navigate to your settings page for Q&A notifications here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/jeffdavis-6580/settings#manage-qa-email-preferences-form

Once there, you can manage your email notifications coming from Microsoft Q&A. Once you have edited this, please scroll down to the bottom of the section and click save.

From that page, if you scroll up, you can see what email address it is using. You can only enter one email address, but it may be that you have linked another account?

HERE'S THE ANSWER: A Microsoft Q&A site programer needs to fix the site's programming, since it obviously must be doing this to everyone. 

My guess is that one email was sent to me since I posted the Question and the other because I later Commented (Replied) on it, which automatically appointed me as a Follower?

Knowing what I know about programming, this is an easy fix to stop, since OPs don't need both. 😉
