An error when trying to delete a firewall rule

Hello. We get an error when trying to delete a rule from IP restrictions that states "virtual network was not found" even though it exists. 

Failed to perform 'read' on resource(s) of type 'virtualNetworks/taggedTrafficConsumers', because the parent resource '/subscriptions/./resourceGroups/./providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/virtualnetworkname' could not be found.
