I can't create a support ticket on Azure since obviously I am on basic plan, any way for me to get help increasing the quota? Thank you!

Could someone help? There is not button to create support ticket anymore, and the documentation on here seems outdated:

I have outlined all the steps here in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/4376768/increase-quota-limit-for-speech-service#answers

We have to put "Increase speech to text concurrency request limit" in search bar in Support+troubleshooting tab of speech resource.

After selecting subscription, resource group and subproblem type and create support ticket option is appearing for me.

Please let us know if option is still not appearing for you

Could you try "Increase speech to text concurrency request limit" directly from support+troubleshooting from subscription instead of speech resource and let us know.

Create support ticket option is coming from my personal subscription which has only basic support plan with above approach.

Searching under Support+Troubleshooting and Select my speech service( switched to General question as i did not have speech resource)

Selecting next Justification

Create Support ticket option highlighting

Need details requested in private chat to help you out further if the issue persists.
