Unable to Access My Hotmail Account Due to Verification Loop

Hello,

I have not been able to access my Hotmail account (**PII removed**) for the past few months. Each time I try to sign in, I am asked to verify my identity. However, no verification method works, and I keep getting the error:

“That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.”

I have tried filling the recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr, but it keeps failing to verify my identity. This is my primary account and I need access urgently.

Can you please assist in recovering this account or provide alternate verification options? I can provide any information or documents necessary to prove ownership.

Thank you for your support.

    Hi Umair Sarwar,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you have been unable to access your Hotmail account for several months because you are stuck in a verification loop, and the account recovery form has not been successful. I realize how frustrating this situation is, especially when it involves your primary account and you need access urgently.

Regarding your offer to provide documents, you can contact Microsoft support directly at Contact us - Microsoft Support:

Step 1: sign in your Microsoft account (you can use other accounts not that Hotmail account)

Step 2: Type Hotmail account sign in issue then click Contact Support User's image

Step 3: type in the form like this screenshotUser's image

Step 4: now you can chat with a support agent about your problemUser's image

Note: please contact during working hours or leave your phone number there then a support agent will contact you when available.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Best Regards,
