MS partner asking for document that does not exist. how to proceed?
I am in catch-22. I cannot file a partnership ticket because not a partner yet. I need an MPN ID for azure so closest forum is this one!!!! It needs to be in the partnership forum. They keep sending the below email when I ask for a workaround SUCH AS use whois to see we legally own the domain like google and everyone else does. They have send the below email 5 times and I keep asking for a workaround. I have told them there is no such document as I discussed with our registrar. the last invoice has someone else's name who is no longer with our company and does not have the company on the invoice and just someone's name. we will not receive an invoice for another 1-2 years (domain registration lasts a long time). I updated the whois in our DNS registrar but they cannot update invoices. How to handle this?
