I want to send OTPs to email and phone programatically

Hi, I want to send OTPs to emails and phone numbers programatically.
Based on my research the Azure Communication Services is supposed to handle that buy I can't buy a phone number, I checked the docs and I don't see any issues. My address is in the US and the billing is set up correctly.

Basically I can "+ Get" a phone number (even though I am in the U.S, and I meet the eligibility criteria https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/concepts/telephony/plan-solution)
Also, even though I have a free trial number I can't use it (to sms or call). Even though I added a phone for it to call and received an OTP and everything worked to set up the receiving phone number.
I also filled out a form and sent it to the Azure team to add to my account. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/quickstarts/telephony/get-phone-number?tabs=windows&pivots=platform-azp-new)

2025-07-31T00:21:26.4966667+00:00 the part I don't understand is why my "Azure Communication Services subscription" is not able to obtain a production-ready phone number. I even sent a form (ACS-Manual-Number-Acquisition-Form-US-UK-CA-DK) for a manual number to be added.

2025-08-05T16:55:41.9633333+00:00 Thanks for helping, I am still unable to get a phone number.
My subscription is in the U.S and I have multiple things in production (webApp, DB, Vnets, etc..)
In theory I should be able to get a phone number, but not sure why it doesn't let me.
I also haven't heard back on the email I sent with the form.

To acquire a phone number in the U.S., you need to ensure that your Azure subscription meets the eligibility requirements.You must be on a paid Azure subscription. Phone numbers cannot be acquired using Azure free credits.
The associated Azure subscription billing address must be located in the United States.
Your Communication Services resource should be provisioned in the United States data location.
