Hello, I’m Fahad.

I’m using Windows 11, and my motherboard is the ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI.

I’m currently facing an issue where the system does not recognize the Lian Li controller in Device Manager. The controller in question is the UNI HUB TL Gen 2.

I’ve already contacted Lian Li support, and they confirmed that the controller is functioning properly and has no manufacturing defects. I’ve even tested multiple controllers, and none of them have worked or been detected by the system.

Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:

Updated the BIOS to the latest version

Performed a clean Windows installation

Tried on both Windows 10 and Windows 11

Changed the USB header port on the motherboard

Tried both direct connection to the motherboard and via a USB splitter/hub

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue — the device still does not appear in Device Manager.
