Firstly, to progress toward the next tier of Azure credits—up to $100,000 USD—you’ll need to demonstrate active usage of key Azure services that support secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures.

You can qualify by consuming your existing credits across any combination of the following services:

• Azure Monitor
• Log Analytics
• Application Insights
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Microsoft Purview

Once your usage meets the required milestone, the Microsoft for Startups team will review your activity and update your credit offer accordingly. You’ll receive an email notification confirming the increase in your Azure credits. Please note that this process may take up to 30 days to complete

However, to be eligible for this enhanced credit offer, your startup must be affiliated with an investor who is part of the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network. This requirement ensures that the credit increase criteria apply specifically to startups participating in the Investor Offer.
