Sign out and Sign in again
- Open Excel and tap your profile icon.
- Proceed to sign out and then sign in again.
- Close and then relaunch Excel and try reopening the pinned items again.
Clear Cache and App Data
- Go to Settings and then Apps and then Excel.
- Tap Storage and then Clear Cache.
- If the issue still persists, try to Clear Data this time.
Uninstall and Reinstall Excel
- Proceed to uninstall Excel.
- Restart your phone.
- Reinstall Excel and then sign in, access your file/s through OneDrive and check if the issue will still occur.
