Upgraded VS to version 16.11.49 but now my original SSIS package is not appearing

Hi
I updated VS to version 16.11.49 but now my original SSIS package is not available. I can create new SSIS package but I cannot access my original one. Below are some screenshots:

How do I access my original SSIS package?

2025-07-17T15:05:25.27+00:00 I added the latest version of SSIS. Now, my system has SSIS version 16.0.5467.0. Still same issue. I cannot access my SSIS package.
